10.1 SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION

The total supply of Realproton Digital Shares is at a predetermined amount (subject to change as and when more assets are bought into the holding company), representing fractional ownership in digitalized companies. The supply is distributed as follows

• Company Reserve: A portion of digital shares is reserved for the company managing the assets.
• Investor Allocation: The majority of digital sharess are allocated for sale to investors.
• Staking Rewards: A small portion of digital shares is set aside for staking rewards and bonuses.
